At the Château de Fresnoy, a timeless atmosphere emerges. Go up the alley lined with roses, go under the hundred-year-old trees and expect a large "whoa" by entering the guest lounge: Black Art deco woodwork, marble floor and dizzying ceiling... we don't tell you any more, you'll judge the effect by yourselves! Your suite also reserves its lot of chic-surprises : bed in alcove, bow-window with diving view on the park and vintage bathroom in the room "Heritage".

Your weekend here looks delightfully restful. Jannick, your host, awaits you with tea and delicacies, to enjoy on one of the terraces of the castle. On the first evening, relax...no need to go out for dinner because Jannick can prepare a tasting planche for 2 (with regional produces). You can taste it at your choice : in the guest lounge facing the fireplace, on the terrace with a view of the park... or in your room.

The next day after a solid breakfast in the big chic room facing the park, go explore the surroundings for a green stroll around the area! or let yourself be caught by the Louvre Lens Museum and its superb "Time Gallery" which is only 15 minutes away, or the many Remembrance sites that are of any beauty landscape or the highest slagheaps of Europe enrolled in UNESCO for a panoramic view as a reward on the mining country. Magic! The city of Arras is nearby too... go down to the undergrounds, climb at the top of the belfry, and finish in beauty at nightfall on the Place of the heroes illuminated for a cocktail of two.
