We’d always loved this spot on Senlis’ Place Henri IV and in 2019 grasped the opportunity to make our mark. The building itself was once a printer’s workshop, then a tea room. At first the idea was to just have ‘chambres d’hôtes’ (B&B) rooms as our predecessors had done, but then we decided to throw ourselves into a bistro side too, to add a bit of soul and to make the most of the building’s utter charm.
