Family weekend breaks

1 short break
Family weekend breaks to northern France are the best way to introduce the kids to another culture and style of life.

Being so close to the UK makes northern France the easiest and most cost effective way to introduce the kids to the French way of life.

Visit a traditional boulangerie or patisserie, visit the markets, eat delicious meats and cheeses or why not even try snails!

Northern France is also packed with superb world class attractions to add to your itinerary. Nausicaa Aquarium is a perfect all-weather activity. The huge aquarium is in Boulogne-sur-Mer, France's largest fishing port (so great seafood restaurants!).

Parc Astérix is a theme park dedicated to the French cartoon charaters from the comic Astérix and Obelix. The theme ark is perfect for bigger kids as there is a huge number of rides - perfect for thrill seakers. Younger kids would love Parc Saint Paul with heaps to do for all ages.

A visit the Pierrefonds Castle is also a must do. Home to Camelot from the BBC series Merlin.
